Who is Praying For You?

Does our Heavenly Father always listen to everyone’s prayers when they call on Him? What does scripture say? Is He listening to you? Are your prayers an abomination? Who are you asking to pray for you?

Proverbs 28:9 (KJV) He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.

Proverbs 28:9 (NIV) If anyone turns a deaf ear to my instruction, even their prayers are detestable.

John 9:31 (KJV) Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Isaiah 1:15 (KJV) And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.

Micah 3:4 (KJV) Then shall they cry unto the Lord, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their

doings.

Isaiah 59:2 (KJV) But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

But what does Revelation say about the prayers of the saints?

Revelation (5:8) KJV And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.

Revelation 8:4 (KJV) And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the saints, ascended up before God out of the angel’s hand.

Revelation 8:4 (NIV) The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand.

Revelation 8:4 (Cepher) And the smoke of the incense, which came with the prayers of the qodeshiym, ascended up before Elohiym out of the angel’s hand.

 

And who does Revelation say the saints are???

Revelation 14:12 (KJV) Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.

Revelation 14:12 (NIV) This calls for patient endurance on the part of the people of God who keep his commands and remain faithful to Jesus.

Revelation 14:12 (Cepher) Here is the patience of the qodeshiym: here are they that guard the commandments of Elohiym, and the faith of Yahusha.
